With vast investment injected into their John Lewis footprint, FUJIFILM wanted to ensure that displays achieved a high return on their investment.
Customers are able to print directly from the display, get hands on with FUJIFILM products and browse accessories.
Following our successful partnership with House of Photography (FUJIFILM’s first experience store), infinite are aligned with the calibre of personnel required to ensure that the brand is well represented.
We selected three sales-focused, Promoters with high customer service levels to drive the sales of products and help shoppers within the dedicated area. Ensuring that there was 360 coverage with our team rota.
The Promoter team kept track of daily sales, competitor information & general feedback through our Team Haven reporting tool. The client had full access to a live reporting dashboard enabling a transparent, up-to-date view of the project at any point – especially beneficial when preparing for meetings with John Lewis.
Our team’s success at JLP Oxford Street has meant an extension of the project on multiple occasions and is a store we repeatedly project manage for them during peak times.
During this time period, the team achieved:
