The activations aimed to place and merchandise LRS FSDUs across different grocery channels nationwide.

The key objectives for the activity were to:

  • Place the LRS FSDU/ POSM in store
  • Merchandise the FSDU/ POSM with LRS product 
  • Take a photograph of the implemented FSDU/ POSM to report back compliance to the client(s)


Infinite received all FSDU/ POSM directly into our warehouse. This was ready for Infinite to distribute direct to staff, to avoid any issues with locating POSM at store level.

Our merchandising team were deployed over 3-5 working days to activate POSM.

Along with POSM installation, our teams also merchandised products.

  • Fortnightly reports were required, which were supplied via PowerPoint and Excel from exports taken from our specialist software.


Infinite has an effective operations team who ensured 100% coverage of each activation; every store was visited within the project timeline.

The average compliance rate of 89% across all activations and all non-compliance was escalated swiftly.

Following implementation, LRS saw an increase in sales due to their product placement in key sightlines in-store.
