Brief
We were approached by the client requesting we became their backup warehouse for their existing supplier. Our role was to be available and operational in case any issues happen at their main warehouse, and we could assist in keeping their customer supplied while any issues were resolved.
The
Solution
We worked closely with the client who happened to be in the United States and on opposite times lines, to setup storage solution IT communications and delivery methods ready for operation.
The
Result
Working with the client and offering the ability to expand our operation where needed, we have now become their main distribution Hub in the UK.
